Co-founder and President
Dr. A. Peshkovsky is a co-founder and President of ISM. He is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for the company and overseeing applications development.
Dr. A. Peshkovsky received his B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Columbia University.
His professional experience includes over 20 years as a researcher, entrepreneur, product developer, and scientific director in both academic and industrial sectors, mainly focusing on instrumentation design and process development.
Dr. A. Peshkovsky is the author of over 40 scientific papers, utility patents, conference presentations, and books.

Co-founderDr. S. Peshkovsky was the inventor of the Barbell Horn Ultrasonic Technology (BHUT) concept and a co-founder of ISM. Dr. S. Peshkovsky was a prominent scientist in the field of ultrasound theory and engineering. During his 50-year career, Dr. S. Peshkovsky achieved remarkable international recognition as one of the leading scientists in the fields of acoustic cavitation physics and ultrasonic engineering, in which he has patented more than 20 discoveries and inventions, written over 50 publications and published several books.
Jeffrey Meyer, M.B.A.Commercial Director
Commercial DirectorMr. J. Meyer is a general partner and Commercial Director of ISM. He is responsible for defining the company’s commercial strategy. Mr. J. Meyer holds a B.S. in Economics from Bowling Green State University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from Wright State University, and is functionally trained in global supply chain operations, marketing, and business development. Having worked around the globe, in China, India and Mexico, Mr. J. Meyer has proven experience in technology transfer, strategic alliance creation, mergers and acquisitions, and supply chain management.

Medical Science LiaisonDr. M. Mabragaña is a Medical Science Liaison at ISM. Dr. M. Mabragaña is responsible for scientific research at ISM and is a point-of-contact in the areas of biotechnology, healthcare, neutraceutical and pharmaceutical applications. Dr. Mabragaña holds an M.D. from the National University of Cordoba, Argentina, and has been involved in a number of projects at Argentinean non-governmental organizations. Starting her career as an attending physician and infectious disease specialist, she has subsequently worked as a researcher at the Department of Molecular Pharmacology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and as a Research Project Manager at the HIV Center of Columbia University.
Iva Gyurgina, M.B.A.Director of Marketing and Customer Relations
Customer Relations/Marketing ManagerMs. Iva Gyurgina is a Customer Relations and Marketing Manager at ISM. She is responsible for creating and delivering ISM’s marketing materials and managing correspondence with ISM clients. Iva holds a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from Seton Hall University as well as an M.B.A. in Marketing and Management from University of Connecticut. Prior to joining ISM, Iva was a Tennis Professional and has managed tennis clubs’ programs in various locations in NY. She has also worked in wealth management, technology and pharmaceuticals industries. Iva has proven experience in building customer relationships and delivering marketing strategies as well as comprehensive knowledge and application of business administration principles, digital content creation and social media engagement practices.
Shlomo LeibtagResearch and Development Scientist
R&D ScientistMr. Shlomo Leibtag is a Research & Development Scientist for ISM. He is responsible for assisting with process and documentation development in multiple industrial application areas of ISM’s ultrasonic technology. Mr. Leibtag graduated from The Cooper Union with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, majoring in Physical Chemistry. Previously, Mr. Leibtag held research positions at the Naval Research Lab, where he studied material properties of graphene via density functional theory, and Revolutionary Cooling Systems, where he examined alternative beverage cooling methodologies.
Christelle N’DoyeAssistant Research Scientist

Ms. Christelle N’Doye is an Assistant Research & Development Scientist for ISM. She is involved with multiple areas of product development and production, process testing and research.
Ms. N’Doye studied in France and graduated from University of Versailles St. Quentin with a B.S. in Chemistry.
Prior to her time at ISM, she worked in the food industry and restaurant development. She also has experience in tourism, human resources and marketing.
Mr. S. Dukach is an angel investor and a serial entrepreneur.
To date, he has invested in over 70 diverse types of startups, ranging from companies that solve challenges of personal aviation to social enterprises that improve the quality of lives in African villages.
Mr. S. Dukach works with company founders who are passionate about and fully dedicated to their ideas and want to make an impact on the world. He is also chairman of SMTP, a public, large-volume e-mail marketing delivery provider, which has more than 10,000 customers in 200 countries.
In addition, Mr. S. Dukach has co-founded and invested in companies like Fast Engines, Vert, AccuRev, PDFFiller, and StartupHive and served as CEO of the Cambridge Business Development Center. In the past, Mr. S. Dukach was a professional blackjack player with the famed MIT Blackjack Team.
Simon Bystryak, Ph.D.Advisor

AdvisorDr. S. Bystryak holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Chemical Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing new biomedical technologies, and has developed, validated and marketed several new technologies in the field of life sciences. Dr. S. Bystryak’s focus is on the preparation and characterization of polymer, surfactant and colloidal systems such as nanocrystals, nanoemulsions, liposomes, latex and protein particles by using ultrasound, fluorescence, confocal fluorescence microscopy, light scattering, potentiometry and conductometry techniques, NMR and microcalorimetry. Dr. S. Bystryak is President of Allied Innovative Systems – an R&D company engaged in the development of new technologies in the field of biochemical and biomedical assays and reagents.
